1. Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the list of Delivery Cities.
  2. We guarantee the delivery on date mentioned but do not commit fix time for delivery though we do try our best to fulfill your delivery instructions.
  3. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are always hand delivered because we believe in delighting our customers.
  4. Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:
    • Recipient not available
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Premises locked.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
  5. Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.

6. Freshly baked cakes are available only after 11:30am IST. Please do not insist on early morning cake delivery. In case of any complaints please inform us within 2 hours of delivery as the cake is bound to be spoilt when kept in heat. Otherwise money can’t be refunded

7. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. 

8. Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. 

9. No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team. 

10. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 24 hours prior to the delivery time. You can send cancellation request at florist_center@yahoo.com. Cancellation charge of INR 100 per order will apply. 

11. In case of outsourced gift items respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. 

12. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 4 days from the date of delivery of the order. 

13. Florist Center follows a policy of free re-delivery in case of any genuine complaint raised by the buyer. Genuine cases include delivery at wrong address or date, and/or delivery of stale perishable items. 

14. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description and price shall be delivered. 

15. No change in instructions can be entertained before 2 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team. 

16. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery. 

17. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. 

18. In case of delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery boys to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. We would also strive to provide you the recipient name through our order confirmation mail. 

19. Midnight Delivery – Delivery will be made between 11.00 pm to 12.15 am on mentioned delivery date. 

20. Fix Time Delivery – We cannot commit sharp/exact time for delivery. Order will be delivered +15 or -15 mins as per selected time slot.

21. The orders below Rs 199 won’t be considered and shall be cancelled and cannot be shipped individually. The Florist Center holds the right of canceling all orders which are below Rs 199 or mentioned under add-ons (if placed individually)

22. Delivery on national holidays/regional holidays lies in discretion of company

23. For seasonal deliveries Valentines, Mother’s Day, Rakshabandhan etc there are no time commitments, charges are revised during this season and needs to be confirmed from support before placing order , regular deliveries are done from 7 AM to 10 PM(no extra charges for non regular timings as well)

24. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital. Hotel –

  • Full address of the hotel.
  • Room No.
  • Telephone number of the hotel.
  • Full address of the hospital. (Certain Hospitals don’t allow delivery of flowers please check with them before placing the order.)
  • Ward number or name.
  • Home address of recipient with phone number.
  1. If the delivery is for a remote location (small town or Village) where none of our vendors are locally present, we will be processing the order from the nearest vendor in the city, in such cases additional delivery charges will be applicable depending upon the distance and customers will be informed about the same through the provided contact number or email before processing the order. Once agreed upon the extra delivery charge then only order will be processed or else refund will be processed.

General Disclaimers:

  1. Florist Center retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. 
  2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Gwalior, India only.
  3. If Florist Center is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
  4. Florist Center has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However Florist Center or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site.

a. The customer promises that the information provided to Florist Center is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

b. The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Florist Center and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them. 

c. Florist Center may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
